    1. This personal data processing policy (“Personal Data Policy”)
      describes how Radiflex ApS (“Company”, “us”, “our”, “we”) collects and
      processes information about you.
    2. Personal data policy applies to personal information you provide to us or which we collect via the Company website, www.radiflex.dk (“The Website”)
    3. The company is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries to the Company must be made via the contact information listed under point 7.
  2. The company Collecting your personal information
    1. Which personal information are we collect and for what purpose
      1.           – that you consent to us using your IP address to                    determine   your geographical location, cf. 2.2.2, or
          – that you give your consent to subscribe to our                      newsletter, cf. 2.1.3
      7. The right to opposition
        1. You have the right at all times to object to our processing of your personal data for special reasons, which we collect for the purpose of improving the functions of the Website and its structure, cf. 2.1.1

    5. Deleting personal data
      1. If you do not use our Website for a period of 1 year, we will automatically delete the information we have registered about you, however, in order to comply with legal requirements, including requirements in accounting law (5 years from the end of the financial year) and consumer law (the 2-year warranty) can store certain personal data for a longer period.
